Terms & Conditions

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-outs are subjected to availability.
• Kids up to 5 years of age can stay free (cribs are subjected to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for kids between 5 and 12 years. 
• All guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity ( Passport / Driving License / Aadhar Card ) at the time arrival in the property.
• Right of Admission Reserved: Unmarried couples with local ID (Mumbai Metropolitan Region - MMR) are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed at the property.
• Gatherings and parties of any nature are not allowed inside the room. Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the property at any point of time.
• Please contact reception for any assistance on hairdryer, on-site laundry, iron and iron board etc.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• At least 1 day prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees and a full refund of the total amount shall be granted.
• After 1 day prior to the arrival date - Non-refundable.
